Blown is Samuel Wilkonson's first lighting collection for &tradition - a hand-blown table lamp with a quilted pattern. He wanted to explore how light breaks, distorts or reflects when it is surrounded by ornamental glass. With Blown, an incredible number of things served the designer as inspiration such as old ceramics, old pieces of glass, lenses from old lamps, lighthouses, even seeds and berries - here in particular raspberries, which are responsible for the quilted structure. Wilkinsons explains the wide range of inspirations by saying that everything for him starts with an idea and he then automatically viewed the world through a certain filter.

The &tradition Blown table lamp has a mouth-blown transparent glass shade with a slightly silver-grey colour. The base is made of black marble.
