30 days free exchange & return for orders over €80 value of parcels sent by post within Germany

Returns of parcels sent by post within Germany are possible at any time within 30 days and, of course , shipping is free for orders over €80. We charge a flat rate of €11.90 for returning parcels sent by post within the EU. The costs will be offset against the refund.
The 30-day period applies from the time the package is accepted. By returning the goods, you automatically exercise your right of cancellation . You can find further information on cancellation here .
For the return of freight forwarding goods, we charge a flat rate of €79 within Germany and €199 within the EU. We will of course coordinate the collection for you. The costs will be offset against the refund.
Outside the European Union, you can return the goods at your own expense and receive a refund of the value of the goods you paid.
The goods must be returned in an undamaged condition and in the original product packaging. Your payment will be refunded within 14 days using the payment method you selected.
