Worldwide delivery
We deliver every product to almost every country in the world, whether by sea or air - whether you live in Switzerland or Singapore. With over 30 years of experience in international trade we ship in cooperation with our logistics partners DHL and DB Schenker. DHL delivers every product to your doorstep! Please notice that freight forwarders, like DB Schenker, only deliver goods free curbside and outside the EU bulk goods (Dimensional weight greater than 31.5 kg) are delivered only to the nearest possible sea- or airport according to your delivery address. Shipping directly to your delivery address can be arranged individually implying additional shipping costs.

30 days returns and exchanges
You can of course return and exchange your order of charge any time within 30 days.
The return of parcels by mail within Germany is free of charge from an order value of 80,- €. If the order value is less than € 80, the return will be charged at € 4.65 (except for complaints).
For the return of parcels by mail within the EU we charge a flat rate of 11,90 €. The costs will be offset against the refund.
For the return of forwarded prroducts we charge a flat rate of 79,- € within Germany and 199,- € within the EU. Of course, we will coordinate the pickup for you. The costs will be charged with the refund.
Outside the European Union, you can return the products at a charge and you will be refunded the value of the products you paid for.
For parcels sent by DHL within Germany and the EU, log into your customer account and request a return or send us an email with the information about which goods you would like to return. You will then receive a return label.
Shipping methods
We ship every product to almost every country in the world. Shipping within Germany and abroad is carried out with the help of our logistics partners DHL or by forwarding via DB Schenker. All shipments sent by Dopo Domani are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once you have accepted your consignment and confirmed it in writing, the insurance coverage terminates.
We process and ship orders during our general office hours: Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm CET (excluding public holidays). Products marked “available for immediate delivery” will be sent out to you within 2 to 3 days. Products with longer delivery times will be delivered within the specified period. You will receive an e-mail with a link to shipment tracking once the goods have been sent off.

Shipping charges
For parcels sent by mail we do not charge shipping costs within Germany from an order value of 80,- € and with forwarding dispatch flat 49,- €.
For shipping charges outside of Germany, you can have the binding price of shipping calculated in your shopping cart. Just put your desired products into the shopping cart and select the country of destination in the “shipping charges” field. The shipping costs are determined based on the destination country and the shipping weight. The shipping weight is transparently listed for each item in your cart. The shipping charges calculated in your shopping cart are binding and not subject to change!
Deliveries of freight forwarding articles outside the EU (Dimensional weight greater than 31.5 kg) are delivered according to your delivery address to the nearest possible sea or airport. Shipping directly to your delivery address is possible and can be arranged with additional shipping costs. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional taxes and fees, that are not included in the total price, might be charged and must be paid by the recipient on delivery.
