Refund policy

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Shipping address: Dopo Domani Digital GmbH, Magirusstr. 12, 12103 Berlin, Germany, hotline@sarto-group.de, Phone: +49 30 439705700 of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Return costs regulation for Germany
We bear the direct costs of returning products with a value of goods from 80,- € that can be sent back normally by mail. If the order value is less than € 80, the return will be charged at € 4.65 (except for complaints).
For products that cannot be returned normally by mail due to their nature, we charge a flat rate of 79,- EUR.

Return costs for all other EU countries
You pay a flat rate of 11,90 EUR for the return of products that can be sent back normally by mail. We can send you a return label for an uncomplicated return shipment and deduct the flat rate of 11,90 EUR from your credit.
For products that cannot be returned normally by mail due to their nature, we will charge a flat rate of 199,- EUR.

Return costs regulation for all countries outside the EU
You bear the cost of the return and we will refund the value of the prroducts to you without delivery costs.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest.

Without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period of 14 days has expired. You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications, i.e. non- prefabricated products made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the consumer or are clearly personalized.

Return costs for parcels - Germany:
The return of parcels sent by post within Germany is possible at any time within 30 days and, of course, just like shipping, is free of charge from an order value of €80. If the order value is less than €80, only the value of the goods will be refunded for free returns.

Return costs for parcels - EU:
We charge a flat rate of €11.90 for the return of parcels sent by post within the EU. The costs will be offset against the refund.

Return shipping costs for Germany and EU:
For the return of forwarding goods, we charge a flat rate of €79 within Germany and €199 within the EU. We will of course coordinate the collection for you. The costs will be offset against the refund.

Returns outside the EU:
Outside the European Union, you can return the goods for a fee and receive a refund of the value of the goods paid.

Return shipping labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we will provide you with free return shipping labels for returns within Germany. The return shipping label is included in your delivery within Germany. Customers from the European Union with DHL packages send us an e-mail to hotline@sarto-group.de with your order-number and we will send you a return-label. Outside the European Union or In freight forwarding products you contact us, as this is not possible with an automated return label.
