Collection: astep

By founding the design company Astep, Alessandro Sarfatti is continuing the family tradition. He secured the rights to the famous designs of his grandfather Gino Sarfatti, with the aim of combining timeless design and the latest technology. The first thing he did was to reissue the 2065 pendant lamp from 1951, a Sarfatti design that was one of the first to use polymer plastic as a material for lamps. Alessandro Sarfatti's attitude to Astep's projects is also optimistic and future-oriented, and he is the third generation to continue an innovative lighting dynasty.
