Maarten Baas' style is instantly recognizable. His playful, casual way of sketching is also reflected in this cutlery design. The idea of designing a knife with strikingly slanted teeth was the starting point for the design of the entire set.
It was created as part of a project carried out by valerie_objects in Antwerp to develop innovative approaches to cutlery design. Marten Baas' aesthetics provide the perfect proof that knives, spoons and forks do not have to look like classic silverware.

The Maarten Baas dessert cutlery is made of brushed stainless steel. It is available in the colors brass / black / stainless steel and copper. The 18-piece cutlery set includes 6 dessert knives, 6 dessert forks and 6 dessert spoons.
