further description and details
With gently curved lines and a warm glow, the Bubble Lamp Pear creates an inviting atmosphere. It was created in 1947 by the American designer George Nelson. A plastic cover encloses the steel wire that creates the shape. The light illuminates the surrounding room pleasantly and evenly. Although the lamp is exactly symmetrical, it appears less "purist" than its relatives in the Bubble series. On the one hand, this multiplies the design options when combined with other Bubble models. On the other hand, this modern design icon can harmonize with selected Art Deco, Art Nouveau and even Baroque-style home accessories.
Material: Stainless steel frame covered with elastic, rough plastic film (plastic polymer).
