The design duo Hvidt & Mølgaard wanted to create a versatile piece of furniture that could adapt to its surroundings depending on the situation and size of the room. They achieved this in 1956 with the design of the HM5 DROP LEAF side table. The table with a table top in the shape of a leaf can be folded up quickly and easily when needed and can be stored in a space-saving manner.

The table is made of milled solid wood and is available in oiled oak, soaped oak and walnut. The hinges and fittings are made of brass.
