It is a Bauhaus original: the Kaiser Idell table lamp has been making design history since the early 1930s. It was designed by Christian Dell, a foreman at the Weimar Bauhaus in the 1920s. He had the idea of a striking, robust and simple lamp for work and home. With its round shape and striking, asymmetrical lampshade, the Kaiser Idell lamp quickly found many fans.
